In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers.

How We Do It
We hate shipping, just as much as you. As a result, we have decided that when you purchase one of our bundles, you will receive FREE SHIPPING, and a choice of Express Shipping at a low cost.
Our bundles are hand packed, wrapped in bubble wrap for cushioning and protection, and placed in a black compostable mailing bag with sass.
We ship Australia wide, and do not ship internationally at this point in time.
Please note, we are not responsible for any shipping delays once your parcel is with Australia Post.
FYI - We will not include receipts in your bundle, just in case your bundle is for gifting others!
The Small Print
Whilst we package and bubble wrap your bundle for the shipping process, we understand that at times products may be damaged during their journey, given some of our bundles are lucky enough to include glass products.
As a result, if you receive any products which have been damaged during delivery please contact us within 7 days of receiving your bundle, with an accompanying photo of your damaged product, to discuss a refund.
We do not offer a refund for change of mind.
