    Vietnamese Citrus Nuoc Cham - Fox & Quail Farm (Kangaroo Valley NSW)  

    Made from organically grown produce on the Fox & Quail Farm. Perfect as a dressing for a Vietnamese Vermicelli Salad, as a dipping sauce for Spring Rolls, mixed with a dash of oil for a Vinaigrette or poured over steamed or baked fish.   

    Ingredients: Fresh Lemon and Kaffir Lime Juice, Water, Sugar, Fish Sauce. *gluten free, dairy free and no chemicals or pesticides used.  



    Baby Marinated Figs - Far Meadow Lodge (Shoalhaven Heads NSW)  

    A fancy addition to any cheese platter, and even fancier spooned over vanilla ice cream.    

    Ingredients: Sundried Figs, Brown Sugar, Lemon, Cinnamon, Star Anise.  



    Caramelised Pomegranate Balsamic Glaze - Far Meadow Lodge (Shoalhaven Heads NSW)  

    Use as a salad dressing, poured over Baked Salmon, as a marinade for Char Grilled Chicken, or simply pour over a wheel of cheese just before serving on a cheese platter!  

    Ingredients: Balsamic Vinegar, Pomegranate Molasses Sugar.  



    Black Garlic Bulb - Bega Valley Organic Garlic (Bega Valley NSW)   

    Mince some cloves with oil to create a paste to smear onto chicken or fish before roasting, use as a pizza base for a black garlic, parmesan, and mozzarella pizza - AH-MAZING, or mince some cloves and combine with mayo to serve as a burger sauce or sauce to dip your chips in.  Our favourite is making a black garlic butter, throw some cloves in a processer with unsalted butter, sea salt, fresh thyme and lemon/orange zest (perfect for black garlic bread or brushed over charred lobster tails, honestly anything)!  

    Ingredients: Organic Black Garlic Bulb.  



    Kalamata Olives - Kangaroo Valley Olives (Kangaroo Valley)  

    A nice addition to a Cheese Board or Antipasto Platter, served warm or chilled. Add to your favourite pasta dish such as Penne with Kalamata Olives, Tomatoes and Goat Cheese or Spaghetti Marinara topped with Breadcrumbs. And many more... trust us!  

    Ingredients: Olives, Water, Red Wine Vinegar, Sea Salt.  



    Culinary Lavender - Zephyr Farm (Comerong Island NSW)  

    No need to think about how to use this, it comes with a recipe. Sweet!  

    Ingredients: Dried Lavender Flowers (Lavandula angustifolia)  



    Deluxe South Coast Breakfast (Black Tea) - The Berry Tea Shop (Berry NSW)  

    Pour water just off the boil over one heaped teaspoon of leaf per cup.  Infuse 3-5 mins. Best enjoyed with milk, but you can also drink it black or with lemon.  

    Ingredients:  Black tea.  


    Whilst we package and bubble wrap your bundle for the shipping process, we understand that at times products may be damaged during their journey, given some of our bundles are lucky enough to include glass products.

    As a result, if you receive any products which have been damaged during delivery please contact us within 7 days of receiving your bundle, with an accompanying photo of your damaged product, to discuss a refund.

    We do not offer a refund for change of mind.
